My 8th grader

My 8th grader has a new Special Ed. Teacher. She's only taught Special Ed. in Kindergarten before. ? Alarms are going off! I had this problem before with teacher change. A lost year in third grade. Eight grade is important to get ready for High School. Last year my husband and I made sure things were in place for this year. They are not being done with this new teacher. She has no clue. My daughter has come so far along. Her writing is now proficient and needs AT to succeed in class. The IEP  has be followed. I hope its just a minor oversight. Stay tuned!
