Turn the Water on in Central CA Valley!

My one New Years wish is to turn the water back on so the Central Valley can grow crops again. It will bring the jobs back and lower our food bill. I'm with Sarah Palin. The Snail Darter is a two inch fish bait. That's it get the jobs going again and get California back to work. Hear that Congress, get the water turned back ON!
